Windows is the most widely-used operating system on business computers. Windows 8 and 10 have now incorporated many new features aimed at users of mobile devices. We offer three one-day courses on Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10.

Our Windows 7 Introduction course assumes no prior knowledge of the software and gets delegates to a point where they are comfortable navigating around Windows and using the mouse. The Windows file management system is covered along with many other useful Windows features.

Our Windows 8 Introduction course is designed for beginners and covers: basics; working with folders and disks; file and folder management; working with applications; customizing the start screen and desktop; exploring the control panel; and using internet tools.

Our Windows 10 Introduction course is designed for users new to this version of the operation system and covers: working with folders and disks; file and folder management; working with applications; customizing the start screen and desktop; adjusting computer settings; and using internet tools.
