If you wish to cancel or postpone a course, you must notify either by sending an email to admin@gcomsolutions.co.uk.
When you book a course, we reserve a place for you on the specified course and will not allocated that place to anyone else. We therefore require five working days’ notice in order to cancel or reschedule a course booking.
If we are given five working days’ notice, we will provide you with a full refund of the course booking fee. If you paid us by credit card, we will make the refund via the same credit card. If you paid us by cheque or BACS, we will refund your payment via BACS. (Naturally, if you paid by cheque, no refund can be made until your cheque has cleared.)
Failure to provide us with five working days’ notice will mean that we will be unable to refund your course fee. However, you will still be able to transfer your booking to a colleague.
If you are unable to attend a course, but wish to transfer the booking to a colleague, you may do so at any point prior to the actual course. Simply send an email, specifying the person to whom you wish to transfer the booking, to admin@gcomsolutions.co.uk.
In the event that G Com Solutions cancels or reschedules a scheduled training course, we will provide you with a full refund if you are unable to attend on the reassigned date.
If you wish to cancel or postpone an on-site training course, you must notify either by sending an email to admin@gcomsolutions.co.uk.
When you book an on-site training course, we reserve a trainer for you on the specified date and will not allocated that trainer to any other course. We therefore require ten working days’ notice in order to cancel a course booking, and five working days’ notice in order to postpone a course.
Cancellation 10 or more working days prior to the event: full refund.
Postponement 5 or more days prior to the event: full refund.
Postponement between 0 and 4 working days prior to the event: £295, per day postponed.
Cancellation between 0 and 4 working days prior to the event: £595, per day cancelled.
If you paid us by credit card, we will make the refund via the same credit card. If you paid us by cheque or BACS, we will refund your payment via BACS. (Naturally, if you paid by cheque, no refund can be made until your cheque has cleared.)
Where the client cancels or postpones an on-site training course, any charges incurred by G Com Solutions Limited for the cancellation of a venue hire taken out on the client’s behalf, will be payable in full by the client.
If an on-site training course is cancelled by G Com Solutions Limited, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid; or, if you prefer, the amount paid can also be used for alternative G Com Solutions Limited training.
